It’s Valentine’s Day! Happy Valentine’s Day to everyone! In this review, we don’t mention about the facilities, we mentioned about scheduling Department. It’s very frustrated 😠😡😡😡 and don’t have any words to say!!! It’s not a good day for us. We got an appointment yesterday. We came in and took 15 minutes to check in then waited for 30 minutes to be called. The lady, receptionist, told us that my mom’s appointment was canceled 😞. We didn’t know what happened. She said that she would call to figure out. Then I called the center to know what happened, the agent said that the schedule was set to the Doctor who doesn’t have license to perform the treatment so he scheduled another appointment for my mom today at noon. When we came back today after waiting for checking and called 45 minutes. The lady, Center Supervisor, said that they couldn’t take my mother’s appointment today because the doctor doesn’t have license to perform the test. She told us that she will have center supervisor called for scheduling another appointment. We told her that it’s the 2nd time of two days when the appointments were canceled. I took 2 days off from the job to take my mom here! She said that she is so sorry 😞 at the same time, a lot of people waiting there shook their head and looked at us. And about 30 minutes later, the guy named Chris said that he is from Wellington Location call to schedule another appointment for my mom in late this month with the license doctor 👩‍⚕️. Hopefully 🤞, we will get the right doctor 👨‍⚕️,👩‍⚕️ for the test!!!! If you are the manager or management team members for this company, please read this review and do it correctly to keep your business in the right direction. Please put yourself in customer’s shoes. Because you have ear 👂 and mind to understand after you read this feedback from your patients/clients! Thank you for your patient of reading our long problem.

Check in was fine, waiting was fine and the exam was fine. After it’s just get your belongings and your free to leave with no further knowledge. Thinking it’s weird I ask if there’s anything else I need to do or how I’ll get any information or anything about how I should go forward. Nope nothing my primary will call me. Okay, I leave my primary calls I need a disk Rayus was supposed to provide me they never did. It’s not around the block from me so it was very inconvenient to have to drive back. Then i call ahead asking it be ready for pick up when I arrive and of course that’s not either so another 15 minutes of my wasted time. Is anyone on the same page here or actually care about the people they deal with? Doesn’t seem like it.

The intake office staff were so friendly and inviting. The facility is topnotch, clean and convenient. The technicians were professional and accommodating. They have lockers to safely put your belongings in. They have a area dedicated to fresh coffee. The waiting room is comfortable and spacious. I would definitely recommend Rayus imaging to my friends and family members.

Making the appointment was easy. The woman who checked me in was lovely. The tech who performed my test was so nice. I was taken in on time and I would highly recommend this facility.

I was scheduled for a follow up mammogram about three week ago and they called me the day before to let me know my appointment has been canceled since that appointment hour was no longer available. I don’t think people understand how frustrating and very important it is for me have this appointment since my doctor did notice something on the previous results and recommended that I retake this test. I will highly appreciate if someone who truly understands that I need to have this appointment done for the sake of my health. Besides that the technician I had was extremely kind and helpful during my first time there. For that reason I would have given them 4 stars ⭐️

getting an appointment was hell. poor customer service skills, lack of knowledge unable to speak with someone who knows what they are doing. Took 12 calls and five days before i spoke with an office employee. So why 5 stars. The checkin was smooth and very customer service friendly. Then I met Saint Bernadette. She prepped me with an IV which I did not even feel. Then she explained what would happen and what I was to do. When I returned for the scan I waited in the roomy comfortable lobby. Great chairs. Then Bernadette appeared again and conducted the scan. Hardly any noise. I am 6'1" 280 pounds and had no problem . The scan went as she described , smooth and fast. Rayus has a great staff . Thank you Rayus for having such great employees.

Super friendly staff, however their scheduling etc is AWFUL. Not only was I having issues while checking in, I overheard 3 others as well. They kept saying “you booked the wrong kind of test” or have to reschedule you for some unknown reason. How would I book the wrong test when they do the booking!? The person I spoke to on the phone entered ALL of my information in-correct, even after repeating myself 10 times- yet somehow I’m the one who made a mistake. I would go elsewhere however I live down the street from this location. After today I will never go back though. It’s frustrating because obviously I have a life and a job, but because of a mistake THEY made now I have to rearrange my schedule. (While they claim it’s my fault :)

The staff at the facility were nice, but the wait time was long. The personnel at the office said my MRI report would take a few days to be ready. I have waited from the 4th of August to current and still do not have a report. I had to cancel all my appointments because I do not have a report. So if you are thinking about coming here…. PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE! I waited the the amount of time the personnel requested of me and still do not have any answers.
